We are totally committed to buying the best coffee we can find. We sample coffees from many regions and importers and choose from the best of them - no past year's crop, or tainted lots - just superior coffee with incredible taste.

The Roast

Coffee is very stable when it's green, but once it's roasted it begins to oxidize immediately, so that in just a few weeks it begins losing many subtle flavors. By roasting the coffee right before it's shipped, you get to enjoy the flavor at its peak!

Certified Organic

Organic foods are non-genetically modified and grown without the use of petruoleum based pesticides and fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge, and processed without ionizing radiation or food additives.

Certified Fair Trade

The Fair Trade movement advocates the payment of a fair price as well as social and environmental standards in areas related to the production of a wide variety of goods, empowering the farmers, families, and communities of developing countries, while promoting sustainable methods for producing those goods. Fair Trade focuses in particular on exports from developing countries to developed countries: coffee, cocoa, sugar, tea, bananas, honey, cotton, wine, handicrafts, fresh fruit and flowers.
